Wood Vinegar

Wood vinegar uses: Soil sterilization, Insect infestation, Seedling and plant growth and health, Soil enrichment, Compost, Fertilization, Pest repellent/Deodorizer and  more.

Production of wood vinegar: Wood Vinegar, also known as Pyroligneous acid, Mokusaku, or Liquid Smoke, is a dark liquid created through carbonization, a process where biomass is heated in an oxygen-free container during charcoal or biochar production. The smoke generated is cooled and condensed into a liquid, which then separates into Vinegar, Tar, and Bio-Oil.

Comprising over 200 components, including acetic acid, methanol, phenol, esters, acetals, ketones, and formic acid, wood vinegar’s efficacy stems from the synergistic interaction of these elements rather than any single component. It has been widely used in Japan and across Asia for decades, serving multiple purposes and replacing synthetic chemicals.

Historically wood vinegar has been used as a 100% all-natural fertilizer, Growth promoter, Increases yields, Soil Enrichment, Seed germination accelerator, reducing insect infestation, applying to compost.

Benefits: Compatible with the environment, Non Harmful, All-natural, Anti-microbial, Low pH (3)

Notes: All dilutions use clean water. Foliar spray refers to spraying on leaves; root irrigation refers to applying to the soil at the plant’s base.
